Privacy Policy
PrettyFly.ai LLC builds and runs software systems for other businesses. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and through the text-message program described below.

Who we are
PrettyFly.ai LLC is the business responsible for the information described here. We are a remote-first firm. You can reach us any time at info@prettyflyforai.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give us one, and whatever you write in a form or an email. You choose what to put in.
- Text-message consent records. If you opt in to text messages, we store the phone number, which boxes you checked, the exact wording you agreed to and its version, the date and time, the page you were on, and the IP address the submission came from. We keep this because a consent record is the only proof that consent existed.
- Technical information. Your IP address and basic request details. We use the IP address to rate-limit form submissions and block abuse.
- Site analytics. Aggregate page views and performance timings, through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or credentials to your systems through this website.
How we use it
- To answer you, and to do the work you asked us to do.
- To send the messages you consented to receive, and to stop sending them when you tell us to.
- To keep the site working and to stop abuse of our forms.
- To meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations, including proving consent and proving that we honored an opt-out.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.
SMS and text messaging disclosure
When you give us your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from PrettyFly.ai LLC, this is what you are agreeing to.
- Program name: PrettyFly.ai LLC Client Messaging
- Who sends the messages: Text messages in this program are sent by PrettyFly.ai LLC.
- What you will receive: Message types: confirmations and reminders for calls you have booked with us, updates on work in progress, replies to a request you submitted, and, only if you consent to it separately, occasional news about what we build.
- How often: Message frequency varies based on the work you have with us and the requests you send.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Getting help: Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@prettyflyforai.com.
- Stopping the messages: Reply STOP to cancel. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable way you tell us to stop.
Your mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Transactional messages and marketing messages are two separate choices, and neither box is checked for you. You can agree to one and not the other.
When you opt out, we record it in one suppression list that covers email, text and phone calls together. Telling us to stop on one channel stops the others too.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a message arrives, and when, depends on your carrier and your device.

Who else touches your information
Only the companies that run parts of this service for us, and only so they can run it:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its analytics.
- Resend, which delivers email notifications from our forms.
- Our messaging platform and the phone carriers, which carry the text messages you asked to receive.
We may also share information when the law requires it. Beyond that, no one, and, to say it once more plainly, never your mobile opt-in data for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: as long as we are talking, and afterwards for as long as our records need to show what was agreed. Consent and opt-out records: kept after you leave the program, because deleting the record of a revocation would destroy the proof that we honored it.
Your choices
- Stop the texts. Reply STOP to cancel. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable way you tell us to stop.
- Stop the emails. Use the unsubscribe link, or just reply and say so.
- See it, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@prettyflyforai.com and ask. If deleting something would destroy a record we are required to keep, such as proof that we honored your opt-out, we will tell you that and explain what we kept.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top. If a change affects the text-message program, the wording you consented to stays on file as it was when you agreed to it. We do not edit the record.
