Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the PrettyFly.ai LLC text-message program. Paid work is governed by its own signed agreement, not by this page.

Who this is between

This is an agreement between you and PrettyFly.ai LLC. By using this site or by opting in to our text messages, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes what we build and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a promise of a result. Prices and packages described here can change, and none of them binds either of us until there is a signed agreement that says so.

Anything we publish about other clients' results describes what happened for them. It is not a prediction about your business.

Text messaging terms and conditions

By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from PrettyFly.ai LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

  1. Consent. By checking a text-message consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from PrettyFly.ai LLC at the number you provided. Text messages in this program are sent by PrettyFly.ai LLC. The program is called PrettyFly.ai LLC Client Messaging.
  2. Neither box is required. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Transactional and marketing consent are separate choices, and neither is pre-checked.
  3. Message types. Message types: confirmations and reminders for calls you have booked with us, updates on work in progress, replies to a request you submitted, and, only if you consent to it separately, occasional news about what we build.
  4. Frequency. Message frequency varies based on the work you have with us and the requests you send.
  5. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
  6. How to stop. Reply STOP to cancel. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable way you tell us to stop. We apply an opt-out across email, text and phone calls together, not only on the channel you used to tell us.
  7. How to get help. Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@prettyflyforai.com.
  8. Privacy. Your mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
  9. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that any particular message arrives, or arrives on time.
  10. Supported carriers and devices. Text messaging is available on most major carriers in the United States, but not all carriers or devices support every kind of message.
  11. Your number. Only opt in with a number you control. If your number changes or stops being yours, tell us, so we do not text somebody else.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • submit somebody else's personal information, or consent on their behalf;
  • attack, probe or overload the site, or try to reach parts of it that are not public;
  • scrape it for a competing list, or automate our forms.

Our work and your material

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to PrettyFly.ai LLC unless marked otherwise. You may read and share pages; you may not republish them as your own.

Anything you send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for: answering you, and doing the work. Ownership of work we build for a client is set by that client's signed agreement, not by this page.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. We try to keep everything on it accurate and we do not guarantee that it is.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PrettyFly.ai LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or of the text-message program, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This section does not change the liability terms of any signed client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We can update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. If a change affects the text-message program, the consent wording you agreed to stays on file exactly as it was when you agreed to it.
